Yes, if medically appropriate. Krystal Heintz is a licensed Nurse Practitioner and can prescribe medications for conditions treated via telehealth. However:

  • We do not prescribe narcotic pain medications or controlled substances.

  • We are not a pharmacy and do not dispense medications.

  • If a prescription is needed, it will be sent electronically to your preferred local pharmacy.

Patients are responsible for any pharmacy or medication costs.

  • Prescription refills: $49

  • Sexual health visits: $49

  • Menopausal consult (non-HRT): $79

  • New patient HRT consult: $149 (one-time)

  • Women’s and Men’s HRT follow-up: $99

While many common conditions can be safely managed online, some require in-person care. If Krystal determines that your issue cannot be fully addressed through a virtual visit, she will:
